Traditional Ayurvedic Wisdom:
Ashwagandha is one of the most revered herbs in Ayurveda, often described as a powerful Rasayan (Rejuvenative). Traditionally, it is used to nourish the body, improve vitality & support overall strength.
- Amla (Emblica Officinalis) - also known as Indian gooseberry, Amalaki is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It helps boost immunity, supports digestion, and promotes healthy skin and hair. In Ayurveda, Amalaki is often used to balance the Pitta dosha, which is associated with heat and metabolism in the body.
- Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica) - is known for its detoxifying properties. It helps cleanse the liver and respiratory system, making it beneficial for those who suffer from frequent colds, coughs, or other respiratory issues. Bibhitaki also supports healthy digestion and elimination, making it useful for people who struggle with constipation or irregular bowel movements.
- Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) - often called the "king of medicines" in Ayurveda, Haritaki is known for its ability to balance all three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. It’s particularly effective in supporting digestive health and promoting regular bowel movements. Haritaki is also believed to have rejuvenating properties, helping to maintain overall vitality and well-being.
