SHIPPING POLICY
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 304-8915 202St, Langley, BC, V1M 0B5, CANADA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns of unopened and unaltered products up to 15 days after the date of purchase.
Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines.
* Food items and Malas are non-returnable and non-refundable.
* For all products: Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

Skin Care
We understand that the fragrance of cosmetic products such as skin care and essential oils is very personal to each individual. All skincare is non-refundable once opened. Unopened and unused products may be returned at the customer's own cost.

Please: provide us with your order number as quoted in the subject line of your Order email, list the item(s) that you would like to return, and indicate the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with an acceptance of your return request, should your request meet the guidelines of our return policy as stated above.
