Recommended Use:

• Adults (18 years and over): 1 serving(s), 1 - 2 times per day. Take 1/4 teaspoon before a meal, preferably with ghee or warm water. Additional Dosage Information: 1000mg=1/4 teaspoon

• Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains 125 mg of Sodium Chloride per dose.

• Do not use if you suffer from any nervous system disorders.
• Diuretic effect may occur. Do not use if you are suffering from hypertention/stomach irritation/kidney issues.
